Our granulated onion is the consistency of table salt with the distinct, pungent taste of our flavorful U.S. onions. Grown in three diversified growing regions in the western United States with full supply chain control, we are able to offer our customers full traceability from seed to factory.

This convenient ingredient takes the hassle out of preparing fresh onions, while offering all of the flavor. Our granulated onion works best in applications such as spice rubs for proteins such as steaks, tri-tips and chicken, bottled seasoning blends or in soups and stews, as it combines seamlessly with liquids.

How do I pick up my order from ofi's warehouse?

If you are picking up your order, first check your order acknowledgement to determine the location of the plant/warehouse where your order is being processed. ( Your Order Acknowledgement was emailed to you 1-2 days after you placed your order). Have your ofi Sales Order Number handy. Next, simply refer to the Warehouse Contact Information to set-up an appointment for the ship date.

I would like a Certificate of Analysis (COA).

ofi products are made to meet our specification (found on each product page or all can be found on the Product Specification page). Once you place an order, batch level COA’s are emailed to you at the time of shipment. If the specification does not meet your requirement please let us know! We can help find the closest available alternative that will work for your needs.

What are the pallet dimensions ?

Dimensions: 48" x 40" Pallet Weight: ~40 lbs Our pallet heights vary, depending on the product, but the average is 62". You can find the exact pallet dimension under the 'Shipping Information' tab on any product page.

What size are samples?

Spice samples are all 8 ounces. Nuts and Cocoa sample are 1lb. If you require a larger sample, please contact us.
