Our fully-traceable, AtSource verified, white onions made from fresh onions that are planted by our team and grown in the western United States by our trusted farmer partners. After our agricultural ops team harvests the onions, they are delivered to our processing facility, where they are washed, sliced, dried and ground to the consistency of table salt, with food safety checks through out the entire process.

Granulated onion is a great ingredient for building fresh onion flavor in dressings, marinades and sauces, as the salt-like consistency blends perfectly with liquid bases. It also works well in seasoning blends and spice rubs.

How do I pick up my order from ofi's warehouse?

If you are picking up your order, first check your order acknowledgement to determine the location of the plant/warehouse where your order is being processed. ( Your Order Acknowledgement was emailed to you 1-2 days after you placed your order). Have your ofi Sales Order Number handy. Next, simply refer to the Warehouse Contact Information to set-up an appointment for the ship date.

I would like a Certificate of Analysis (COA).

ofi products are made to meet our specification (found on each product page or all can be found on the Product Specification page). Once you place an order, batch level COA’s are emailed to you at the time of shipment. If the specification does not meet your requirement please let us know! We can help find the closest available alternative that will work for your needs.

What are the pallet dimensions ?

Dimensions: 48" x 40" Pallet Weight: ~40 lbs Our pallet heights vary, depending on the product, but the average is 62". You can find the exact pallet dimension under the 'Shipping Information' tab on any product page.

We offer a variety of shipping options depending on your order. We offer FedEx, Freight Less than Truckload (LTL), Freight Full Truckload (FTL), and Warehouse pick-up. What size are samples?

Spice samples are all 8 ounces. Nuts and Cocoa sample are 1lb. If you require a larger sample, please contact us.
