The onion, also known as a bulb onion, is a common spice or vegetable from the genus Allium. Along with garlic, it is one of the longest cultivated crops in history. Our diced onions are produced from fresh onions that are grown by our farmers in California and Arizona and processed at one of our three facilities in the western United States.

We have full control of our supply chain, from seed to processed ingredient. Beginning with our proprietary seed that has been developed by our experts for over 70 years and ending with our state-of-the-art manufacturing and processing lines with food safety checks through out the entire process.

Our processing facilities have blending, toasting and customized specification capabilities. Now available through AtSource, our sustainable sourcing platform.

How do I pick up my order from ofi's warehouse?

If you are picking up your order, first check your order acknowledgement to determine the location of the plant/warehouse where your order is being processed. ( Your Order Acknowledgement was emailed to you 1-2 days after you placed your order). Have your ofi Sales Order Number handy. Next, simply refer to the Warehouse Contact Information to set-up an appointment for the ship date.

I would like a Certificate of Analysis (COA).

ofi products are made to meet our specification (found on each product page or all can be found on the Product Specification page). Once you place an order, batch level COA’s are emailed to you at the time of shipment. If the specification does not meet your requirement please let us know! We can help find the closest available alternative that will work for your needs.

What are the pallet dimensions ?

Dimensions: 48" x 40" Pallet Weight: ~40 lbs Our pallet heights vary, depending on the product, but the average is 62". You can find the exact pallet dimension under the 'Shipping Information' tab on any product page.

What shipping methods do you offer?

ofi is currently serving the contiguous United States. For all other shipments or information, please contact us and we would be happy to help service you through our alternative sales channels. We offer a variety of shipping options depending on your order. We offer FedEx, Freight Less than Truckload (LTL), Freight Full Truckload (FTL), and Warehouse pick-up. What size are samples?

Spice samples are all 8 ounces. Nuts and Cocoa sample are 1lb. If you require a larger sample, please contact us.
