This diced onion product is AtSource verified and prepared using fresh onions that have been grown by our farmers and inspected, washed, diced and dried at one of our three processing facilities in the western United States. We have full control of this vertically integrated supply chain, from seed to processed ingredient, ensuring unmatched quality, flavor, food safety and traceability.

Our diced onion ¼” is BRC certified, non-GMO and Halal. Common applications include rehydrated in cream or mayo based sauces such as onion dip or ranch dressing and in long simmering broths such as soups and stews.

How do I pick up my order from ofi's warehouse?

If you are picking up your order, first check your order acknowledgement to determine the location of the plant/warehouse where your order is being processed. ( Your Order Acknowledgement was emailed to you 1-2 days after you placed your order). Have your ofi Sales Order Number handy. Next, simply refer to the Warehouse Contact Information to set-up an appointment for the ship date.

What are the pallet dimensions ?

Dimensions: 48" x 40" Pallet Weight: ~40 lbs Our pallet heights vary, depending on the product, but the average is 62". You can find the exact pallet dimension under the 'Shipping Information' tab on any product page.

What shipping methods do you offer?

What size are samples?

Spice samples are all 8 ounces. Nuts and Cocoa sample are 1lb. If you require a larger sample, please contact us.
