How do I pick up my order from ofi's warehouse?
If you are picking up your order, please follow the below steps.
- Review your Order Acknowledgement to find out which plant or warehouse is processing your order. This document was sent to your email 1-2 days after placing your order.
- Have your ofi Sales Order Number ready for reference.
- Visit the Warehouse Contact Information to obtain the contact details for the relevant warehouse.
- Schedule an appointment for the ship date by contacting the warehouse directly.
