ofi Spices' toasted chopped onion is brought to you by AtSource. Our proprietary onions seeds have been developed for over 75 years by our agricultural research and development team in Hanford, California -- culminating in a highly sustainable onion.

The onions are grown in the western United States by our farmer partners, who work closely with our crop supervisors until it’s time for ofi's ag operations team to harvest the crops. From here, the onions are delivered to our processing facility where they are washed, sliced, dried, milled and toasted into the products you love.

Based on your order's total weight, choose from our range of shipping methods: Free Ground Shipping available only for sample orders. FedEx Ground for orders under 150 lbs. Boxes ship individually. Less-Than-Truckload Freight for orders over 150 lbs. Orders ship on a pallet. If you require a lift gate for delivery, be sure this option is selected during checkout to prevent order delays. View rates Full-Truckload Freight for orders over 19,000 lbs. Orders ship on a pallet. Customer Pick-Up we know some customers have preferred shipping providers, so we allow any orders over 500 lbs. the option to pick-up their order at our facilities. How do I pick up my order from ofi's warehouse?

If you are picking up your order, first check your order acknowledgement to determine the location of the plant/warehouse where your order is being processed. ( Your Order Acknowledgement was emailed to you 1-2 days after you placed your order). Have your ofi Sales Order Number handy. Next, simply refer to the Warehouse Contact Information to set-up an appointment for the ship date.

What are the pallet dimensions ?

Dimensions: 48" x 40" Pallet Weight: ~40 lbs Our pallet heights vary, depending on the product, but the average is 62". You can find the exact pallet dimension under the 'Shipping Information' tab on any product page.

How many samples can I order?

We offer 5 free sample requests to valid businesses, max of one per each product. If you require more , please contact us at and we can assist!

What shipping methods do you offer?

ofi is currently serving the contiguous United States. For all other shipments or information, please contact us and we would be happy to help service you through our alternative sales channels. We offer a variety of shipping options depending on your order. We offer FedEx, Freight Less than Truckload (LTL), Freight Full Truckload (FTL), and Warehouse pick-up. What size are samples?

Spice samples are all 8 ounces. Nuts and Cocoa sample are 1lb. If you require a larger sample, please contact us.
