Chili peppers are fruits of the genus Capsicum, which are members of the nightshade family. While chili peppers can be found in many cuisines throughout the world, this crop traces its origins back to South America, more specifically, Mexico.
Here at Olam Spices, our organic chili peppers are grown throughout the Southwestern United States and processed at our facility in Las Cruces, New Mexico. We have full control of our supply chain, which allows us to offer our customers full traceability of our organic chili pepper light.
