Why is my order status "Pending"?

• You are new to ofi! It will take up to 2 business days to confirm your business and input your order. Please send us your Tax ID or W9 as soon as possible to reduce the waiting time, email shop-customersupport@ofi.com
• You may have an overdue payment with ofi. Please pay any outstanding invoices, so we can quickly release this order.
