The grinding in a hammer mill is achieved by pulverization instead of compression. The ground coriander has the desired particle size and retains the flavour and aroma as there is no significant increase in heat in the hammer mill.

Indian coriander provides an authentic depth of flavour to the curries. Ground Coriander in used in soups and salsas, as well as Indian, Middle Eastern, and Asian meals.

Coriander (Coriandrum sativum L.) is the dried fruit of an annual herb belonging to the parsley family. The fresh leaves of the plant is called cilantro or Chinese parsley, and have a strong citrus flavour. The light brown, greenish yellow, green and brown coloured dried seeds are used whole or ground as a spice.

Coriander is cultivated in the Indian states of Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh and Southern States like Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu. The fruits have a fragrant odour and pleasant aromatic taste due to the essential oil content, which varies from 0.1 to 1.0 % in the dry seeds.

How do I pick up my order from ofi's warehouse?

If you are picking up your order, first check your order acknowledgement to determine the location of the plant/warehouse where your order is being processed. ( Your Order Acknowledgement was emailed to you 1-2 days after you placed your order). Have your ofi Sales Order Number handy. Next, simply refer to the Warehouse Contact Information to set-up an appointment for the ship date.

What are the pallet dimensions ?
