Olam’s bulk minced, roasted garlic is processed at our facility in Gilroy, California, where it is washed, sliced, dried and roasted to meet our customers’ desired needs.
Minced roasted garlic is best in applications such as spice rubs and seasoning blends for meat, poultry, seafood and plant-based proteins. This garlic product also works well in cream based sauces.
