This ingredient saves you the time and hassle of processing fresh onions into your recipes, while still delivering on flavor -- the result of our 70+ year seed breeding program and our state-of-the-art processing facilities.

ofi Spices’ AtSource verified onions are grown in three diversified growing regions in the western United States by our farmer partners, who work closely with our crop managers. Our agricultural ops team is never far behind, either. They’re the ones who plant and harvest the onions once they’re fully developed. Then, the onions are delivered them to one of our three processing facilities in California and Nevada, before they are packed and shipped to our customers around the world.

How do I pick up my order from ofi's warehouse?

If you are picking up your order, first check your order acknowledgement to determine the location of the plant/warehouse where your order is being processed. ( Your Order Acknowledgement was emailed to you 1-2 days after you placed your order). Have your ofi Sales Order Number handy. Next, simply refer to the Warehouse Contact Information to set-up an appointment for the ship date.

I would like a Certificate of Analysis (COA).

ofi products are made to meet our specification (found on each product page or all can be found on the Product Specification page). Once you place an order, batch level COA’s are emailed to you at the time of shipment. If the specification does not meet your requirement please let us know! We can help find the closest available alternative that will work for your needs.

What are the pallet dimensions ?

Dimensions: 48" x 40" Pallet Weight: ~40 lbs Our pallet heights vary, depending on the product, but the average is 62". You can find the exact pallet dimension under the 'Shipping Information' tab on any product page.

ofi is currently serving the contiguous United States. For all other shipments or information, please contact us and we would be happy to help service you through our alternative sales channels. We offer a variety of shipping options depending on your order. We offer FedEx, Freight Less than Truckload (LTL), Freight Full Truckload (FTL), and Warehouse pick-up. What size are samples?
