Classic GardenFrost™ Garlic

Our classic GardenFrost purees use the same US grown garlic that is used for olam food ingredients' dried garlic product portfolio. You can be assured that our product will not use any raw material that would compromise the flavor of the garlic to which our customers have grown accustomed. 

After the garlic is harvested, the cloves are peeled and then pureed to a paste-like consistency. Our classic GardenFrost tastes close to fresh garlic without the hassle and unpredictability of using raw garlic.

So, when can I use classic GardenFrost garlic? Classic GardenFrost garlic has many applications, including:

Although the history of purees is unclear, many of us have grown up eating some form of purees. One of the most familiar examples of purees is baby food, such as carrots or other vegetables that have been pureed to a texture suitable for a toddler to consume.
