ofi Spices AtSource verified, white onions are grown in California, across three diversified growing regions, which helps us to significantly extend our growing season, while mitigating crop risks. We work closely with our farmer partners during the planting, cultivation and harvest to guarantee a high-quality yield.
After our onions are harvested, they are taken to our state-of-the-art processing facilities where they are inspected, washed, sliced, dried and minced.
