What is my order status?
You can check your order status at any time by logging into your account, selecting 'My Account' > 'My Orders > view the order you are seeking information on and the up-to-date status will be available. If you still have questions or concerns, please contact us!
How can I submit a supplier questionnaire?
To submit a supplier questionnaire for completion, please send the request to Shop-Sales@ofi.com
I would like a Certificate of Analysis (COA).
ofi products are made to meet our specification (found on each product page or all can be found on the Product Specification page). Once you place an order, batch level COA’s are emailed to you at the time of shipment. If the specification does not meet your requirement please let us know! We can help find the closest available alternative that will work for your needs.
How do I order a product not listing online?
ofi offers additional products not listed online as well as in-house R&D and Innovation Teams to help your company get the ideal product for your application.
What shipping methods do you offer?
ofi is currently serving the contiguous United States. For all other shipments or information, please contact us and we would be happy to help service you through our alternative sales channels.
We offer a variety of shipping options depending on your order. We offer FedEx, Freight Less than Truckload (LTL), Freight Full Truckload (FTL), and Warehouse pick-up. You can view our rates on our 'Shipping Rate' page.
For live rates, simply add the product to your cart and the rates will be visible on the 'Cart' page.

How do I create an account?
In the top right corner, click 'Create an Account'. Account creation takes about 2 minutes. ofi is business-to-business (B2B) only. Please be prepared to provide a Tax ID and show proof that you are authorized to purchase for said business or organization.
How do I delete my account?
Please email us at Shop-customersupport@ofi.com and we can process this request.
Sample Requests
How many samples can I order?
We offer 5 free sample requests to valid businesses, max of one per each product. If you require more , please contact us at and we can assist!
What size are samples?
Spice samples are all 8 ounces. Nuts and Cocoa sample are 1lb. If you require a larger sample, please contact us.

How do I pick up my order from ofi's warehouse?
If you are picking up your order, first check your order acknowledgement to determine the location of the plant/warehouse where your order is being processed. ( Your Order Acknowledgement was emailed to you 1-2 days after you placed your order). Have your ofi Sales Order Number handy. Next, simply refer to the Warehouse Contact Information to set-up an appointment for the ship date.
What are the pallet dimensions ?
Dimensions: 48" x 40"
Pallet Weight: ~40 lbs
Our pallet heights vary, depending on the product, but the average is 62".

Order Information
I want to make a change to my order. What next?
If you would like to make a change to your order please contact us. We are more than happy to try and accommodate any changes required. There may be a cancellation fee depending on the order.
Why is my order status "Pending"?
If the status of your order is Pending, there are a few reasons why.
You are new to ofi! It will take up to 2 business days to confirm your business and input your order. Please send us your Tax ID or W9 as soon as possible to reduce the waiting time, email Shop-CustomerSupport@ofi.com
You may have an overdue payment with ofi. Please pay any outstanding invoices, so we can quickly release this order.
When will my order ship?
To view your ship date, select 'view details' for the applicable order and the ship date will be available above the order details. This date will only be available for orders marked 'Preparing to Ship'.
How do I return a product?
All returns are handled on a case by case basis. You have fifteen (15) days from the date of delivery to inspect and reasonably reject the Offerings, if the Offerings materially differ from the description on the Site or are otherwise materially defective. After the expiry fifteen (15) days from the date of delivery, all sales will be deemed accepted and final. If you reject the Products in accordance with the foregoing, you will give Olam a reasonable opportunity to replace the rejected Offerings prior to requesting a refund. Rejected Offerings will be disposed of or returned at Olam’s sole discretion.
What is lead time?
Lead Time is the time it takes for Olam to prep and process your order. This typically ranges from 2 to 15 days depending on the product's packaging and treatment. You will find this on every product page listed as 'Ships In' or 'Lead Time'
