Olam Spices' white onions are grown in the Western United States. Cut into 1/8-inch pieces and dried, these minced onions impart a lively fresh onion taste in any dish. A great replacement for fresh onion sauces and dressings, where you want a bold onion taste with the texture of finely-minced onions. Our AtSource verified onions are an excellent addition to meatballs, meat patties and sausages.
These onions are grown from proprietary onion seeds that are planted by our ag ops team, cultivated by our growers and harvested and processed by our team. They are BRC certified, non-GMO, Halal, gluten-free and kosher.
