This product is processed by our team at our facility in Las Cruces, New Mexico.
Our ground green chili mild works best in New Mexican and Mexican cuisine. This chili powder bring the distinct flavor of New Mexican cooking, a bright green color and mild heat to dishes such as green enchiladas, chile verde, green chile stew and pork tacos.
